The majority of Americans want ICE to continue removing illegals from this country. It's pretty clear the left is using members of its own community as pawns solely to cause chaos in attempt to get Trump. Literally advocating the killing of their own to create division. Pathetic.
I know deep down you are a reasonable person...so I ask you how does this situation ultimately end? How is it resolved? To me it seems as if it comes down to one choice/decision, and that is whether we accept illegal immigrants with criminal records living in our country or not. If we choose the latter, going out and arresting these people is the only way to do it. This inevitably comes with the risk of the arrest not going smoothly i.e. the subject runs, the subject resists, LEOs getting injured, the subject getting injured, or even the wrong subject is apprehended. I suspect that even if the officer that shot Renee Good, and the officers involved in this recent incident were prosecuted to fullest extent of the law, it still wouldn't be good enough for the left. Enforcing the law always has inherent risks and dangers, but they are worth enduring in order to have a functioning lawful society. Tell me I'm wrong in assuming leftists have made the choice that having illegals in this country with criminal records is acceptable.

They’re failing to do both. They’re trying to find people who are already in jail. They’re detaining citizens.

It’s simple. Use the justice system to find and deport people. Don’t go door to door in terror campaigns. Obama did this and deported more dangerous people than Trump.
Trump chose to go with this public and aggressive style of enforcement because he thought it would make epic memes. Now a majority of of America wants to abolish ice and Trump is 15 points under on his most popular policy of immigration.

Normally it ends with courts in civilised countries. If there is a risk of excessive force or illegal killing/wounding, then the proseuction agency gathers the evidence and it is heard in front of neutral, independent judges in a court, with a right of appeal against the decision.
This is a process so ingrained in civilised societies that even third world countries and so-called rogue states hold sham courts to lend an veil of civilisation to their running of their countries. In western European civilisations, its even more ingrained and is part of standard political theory - the separation of powers between Executive, legislature and courts is sacrosanct. Its considered at least as important as universal enfranchisement - the right of everyone to vote or basic democratic rights.
What you get in poorly governed countries with civilisation beginning to break down is the concentration of power in the hands of one person (a dictatorship) or a small group of powerful individuals (as is occurring in the USA at present, its really Trump's wealthy backers in control; Trump is simply a mouthpiece unafraid of embarassing himself, to divert attention away from them).
The fact that theres no discussion coming from the US Government about holding trials for these killings, and the rhetoeric from your government instead being that they believe the killings are justified and they have already made a decision is shocking.
The fact that these killings happened in public makes it even more shocking. This is an administration which does not care if it commits the most heinous acts against its own citizens. It has gone past the level of basic decency which binds civilised society together, in the aim of scaring its own citizens into compliance. It probably won't break down entirely, but its a dangerous path to tread.
