This is Bloomberg - a very liberal media group:

And Trump has overpaid for property in the past because he gives away to the seller how much he wants it.
There have been many people who have underestimated Trump in the past. They don't understand that he took a small pittance from his dad and converted it into a multi-trillion worldwide empire. Trump properties span the globe. He has gotten the upper-hand on pretty much everyone on which he has negotiated with. Ask Hillary about the Donald. The was the overwhelming favorite to win the presidency. Where is she now? I would even not want to know the answer to that question. Trump is a genius businessman. He is Midas. Do NOT nogotiate with him because you WILL be burned.
Swallowed everything Trump gave you and then too stupid to know his businesses aren't worth a trillion dollars let alone several trillion dollars. Make sure to give Trump's two hangy down things a lick while you're down there.

Anyone who can not beat the S&P 500 return (and since the 70's Trump has not) is not a financial genius businessman.
Trump's lack of understanding about economics and global financial markets shows that he is indeed a financial moron.

You're analysis of Trump's business skills sounds like satire. The small "pittance" he received from his father is said to have been $400M. There have are articles that indicate he falls in love with properties and overpays. He also invested in properties in industries he knew nothing about such as Casinos and airlines. His skill, which was off the charts, was self-promotion and convincing condo developers that putting his name on their buildings would increase their value.
Without inheriting his father's development company, he would have been incapable of starting up his own company or advancing his way through an existing one.

You mean, like these golf course are worth over $100 million? Or does their debt exceed their assets by $65 million?

Assuming he isn't impeached and removed first or that he decides not to run, you are right that he will be the nominee. BUT, that's not the end all be all.
When you are the incumbent and you have at least one serious challenger in your own party in the primary:
1) Shows some disapproval in the party about your governing.
2) Gives a voice to that candidate about how bad the incumbent is that will be listened to by some in the party who would just ignore negatives from the opposing party.
3) Makes the incumbent spend time and money fighting the in-party challenger when they'd rather focus on the other party.
4) It is one of the 13 keys that is against the incumbent.
You said that he would never finish his term. You said that quite clearly. NOW, you are saying he WILL be the nominee? Are you just clueless on EVERYTHING? You said he would never finish his term but now saying he WILL be the nominee. What kind of clown are you Flagpole? You have to be a troll and a very bad one at that. What Happened to "Mueller is coming" and "The clown is done?" You quit saying that? You said that for 2 years. What happened? What kind of clown are you?

Yeah, believe Trump's numbers

If Trump broke tax laws why did Clinton or Obama pursue him? Why did the SDNYC not charge him with tax law fraud?

Why would Clinton pursue him?
They were friends back then, Trump invited the Clinton’s to his wedding. Anyway, I’m sure Trump just hasn’t got around to locking Hillary up but will very shortly.
Can't forget all of the Trump associates regarding his campaign who are in jail or still awaiting trial or sentencing

I actually agree with you for once.

getting away with tax fraud is very very easy. hardly anyone gets caught. Esp in real estate.
but that's why we need a free press - the NYT figured it out I believe law enforcement is looking into it.
