The meet began over four hours ago and I still don't see a thread by the owners or anyone else. Maybe something will show up later. This can serve as a temporary thread, I guess.Summary so far: Women's Hammer - One of only five Americans with the Olympic standard, Jillian Shippee, does not advance to the final. She threw 71.79 three weeks ago and has a PB of 74.93 but only managed 65.43 today. She finished 4th at USATFs last year but advanced to the Budapest World Championships due to Brooke Anderson being the defending champion from 2022.Decathlon - Lindon Victor of Grenada, a two-time Olympian and the bronze medalist from Budapest, is competing in the Trials. He was 7th in the 100m but had two fouls and a pass in the long jump so his decathlon is over.Coming up:Men's 400 at 6:06 Eastern (3L06 Pacific) - High schooler Quincy Wilson is in heat #2.LRC Note: We will be doing a live reaction show 30 minutes after everything ends at 11:30 pm ET. Pretty much yeah, similar to what Rupp did in 2021 (won the marathon and came back to race the ten to get some speed in his legs).

Let’s be fair here, Tuohy ran 4:35 for her last 1600 and qualified 4th/6, 11 seconds ahead of 7th in the heat. It was a good first race of the year after injury problems.
