So is this weekend the big reveal of who is on his team and some hard details about the group?
I don’t know Brosnan or anything about who he’s coaching, but it’s wild how the same people keep showing up acting like they’re owed inside information on what he’s doing or who he’s working with. If their intentions were genuine, they wouldn’t be posting here.
Why should who he’s coaching be inside information? Dont we know who’s coaching every single elite runner in the country?

Nobody needs inside information or some governor-level announcement to figure this out. Brosnan starts showing up in Flagstaff in January, and around the same time a few athletes he’s coaching are suddenly there too. This isn’t a mystery novel, it’s basic observation. If you’re sitting around waiting for a personal phone call with full details, you’re living in a fantasy. From the outside, it looks like something that just got started and is building piece by piece. What’s actually insane is how every thread turns into people acting like they’re owed a formal explanation as if Brosnan or anyone has to publicly report his plans to strangers and anonymous posters with “handles”on a message board.

Nobody is owed or needs anything from him, but be said it would be announced in January, so perfectly acceptable to ask for an update or info. why all the secrecy from someone who is more than happy to talk about himself.
By the way, not sure his athlete is much of an endorsement of his coaching. The Powells had him running much faster than either of Ronan’s stints with Brosnan.
What is this bizarre talking point that he doesn’t owe people or it’s nobody’s business?
why does he go on podcasts, etc if he just wants to be private and not have people ask questions or know more?
Brosnan is promoting his book on those podcasts, that’s the whole reason he’s doing them. He’s talking about the book, coaching philosophy, and his experiences. No one on those shows is pressing him for inside details about his private life or every athlete he may or may not be working with. This whole “he owes people information” narrative mostly exists on anonymous message boards. It’s trolls creating a storyline and then arguing with it. Doing media to promote a book doesn’t suddenly obligate someone to disclose every personal or professional detail to strangers online. In reality, there’s a big difference between being public about your work and being required to answer random speculation. The podcasts are controlled conversations about the book, the noise is coming from people on forums, not from anyone actually interviewing him.

Whats bizarre is your behavior.
Since when has he said he wants to be private? You're acting like a child. If he has something to say he'll say it. Why is that so difficult for you to understand?.
Settle down.
This is getting more and more strange. Now the moderators of a message board is criticizing posters who are asking for info about a pro coach and his athletes and calling them childish?
Why are people so sensitive regarding Brosnan? If people were asking these same questions about Ritz would it be considered childish? If Jerry said he was going to be adding some athletes in January and he didn’t announce who they were, would you not expect people to ask what’s up?
Why is this guy treated so differently by this website?

Starting a new thread/or asking the same question every day (for months on end) isn't productive. When something new comes out I'm sure LRC will put it on the front page. Until then, just be patient.

But deleting a thread every day that’s asking a legitimate question that doesn’t violate any moderation policies is productive?
Maybe the question wouldn’t need to be asked every day if you didn’t delete It every day.
Just like other topics, people may have relevant information they could contribute to the topic if you wouldn’t delete the thread. It’s a small running community and surely all the people around Flagstaff would know something. Why not give them a chance to respond if they know something, just like every other topic related to coaches and pro groups. Why is Brosnan different?

This thread is 31 pages long. It was left up because it was tiresome for you to start a new one every day asking the same question. There has been nothing new to report. Accept it and move on.
If there is new information I'm 100% sure that it will be reported on the front page. Is there any reason why you cannot accept that? No one is trying to keep you out of the loop. Relax.
