When you have multiple generations of children "raising" children you end up with people who are essentially feral and not suited for civilized society. This is where the violence and criminality come in. Poorly educated narcissists are the absolute worse kind of people to have as neighbors. This the majority of the population in places like South Chicago, East St. Louis, East Cleveland, D.C., Detroit... and on and on and on.

In 1960 less than 30% of black children were raised in broken homes. Today it's over 70%.
