Before this girl can become the world's greatest she will need to spend a significant amount of time working/communicating with JS. Is there anyone who can withstand more than a couple of months with this narcissist?

Even the 2nd worst coach in the world would try at 800m if anything.

First 400 maxVO2 workout for some time by my mission runner today, 15 x 400 m and first 8 at 70 sec , next 4 at 67 sec and last 3 at 65 sec and usual rest back to 120 bpm . She felt a little bit week today ))……..then maybe you understand what will happen when she feel strong.
When I ran around 14_30 for 5K I could not do that workout. To me this athlete looks like they could easily jog a sub 14 30 5k from that workout - I am assuming the rest to 120 bpm was around 1 min. I don't know if I am missing something from a sprinter's perspective but this is a seriously impressive workout. That 400 m woman hurdler world record holder say that she was doing somehting like 10 to 12 x 400m with around 1 min rest in 70-72 secs and this workout of your sprinter athlete just completely demolishes her workout.
You seem to be one of the few that understand what this might end in … : ) As I said I have already had her do 20 x 400m at 67-68 sec with about 1 min rest. If I in a couple of years can make her stronger at all main factors for the result, we might have a lady runner capable of doing 20 x 400m at 65-66 sec with about 1 min rest and a possible 5 k in 13:25- 13:40!! Yes ...I know ;) It really sounds crazy good and something nobody thought before was possible done by a lady runner. )) But my coaching has so far shown that the system gives what is expected based on the paces and recovery time in training.

Well…...the truth is that I never lie when talking about running, my coaching and everything connected to it.
-The true wizard-
its the year 2019 and ppl on this forum still get baited by this three year letterman of letsruncom...
Imagine how many world records would be broken if magic wizard superior coach JS coached Matt London.
It was very close my first world record as a coach had come in the winter of year2016. I then chat with Kamworor and he asked me to coach him in secret to a world record at 15 k in the Seven Hills race in Netherlands in December that year.
I asked him if he thought it was okey for him to run the 20 x 400m at 60-61 sec with rest back to 120 bpm ( about 1 min rest) and he thought it should be no problems . I sent him the first training week ,but unfortunately he got sick in pneumonia and when he after a couple of months came back to training his coach Sang watched him more daily and I didn`t get the opportunity to coach him anymore.......It was really close. :)

That's crazy. The same thing happened with me in 2017. Kamworor was begging me to coach him, but he can't seem to get away from coach Sang who we all know doesn't understand anything about running. I had to tell Geoff it just wasn't meant to be if he couldn't get if that anchor of a coach. Such is life.
Hehe! )) Well…..he didn`t exactly begging me , lol . He asked me to coach him to that world record attempt. And I repeat, I never lie when it comes to running .I will present the proof at my first lecture when it will be...….. :)

Unfortunately my fast lady runner got sick in some virus, but she will soon be back to normal shape I hope.
Over training a sprinter as a distance runner weakened immune system to the point she got sick

I have a delicate and thrilling mission : To coach a female sprinter with 11.3 at 100m and 51 sec at 400m to become
one of the worlds greatest long distancers. Mission impossible? Of course not ! This is my favorite case .... to transform a sprinter to a classy long distancer. I coached her myself from 11.7 down to 11.3 at 100m in a couple of months but now we have agreed to go for the road and long distance track. If it succeed she will probably be the fastest long distance female runner in history. I think the odds to succeed are very good because in the sprinter training of her I have seen she also has very good stamina and has done workouts like 20 x 400m at 67-68 sec with rest back to 120 bpm in about 1 min . And she is used to do easy runs like 60 min at 8 min mile pace. I just have to build her aerobic power gradually and just put in the perfect workouts . That`s it!
MFer is coaching sprinters doing the same thing as marathoners. Shhhhhitttee l have seen it all.

Are you delusional or just a lier? I mean none of this is true, none. I don't even think Kamworor has seen you, matter of fact l don't think you have ever seen him except on tv or a picture on the internet.

Coach JS has stated this 51.xx 400m runner no one knows, whom is also a 2:05 800m runner knows, why he isn't training her to be a sub-1:56 800m runner instead of skipping to Marathon.
