Lots of dopers have given thousands of samples willingly. Like Lance, and Marion Jones. And not tested positive. Unlike Lagat.

The best way of not testing positive is to refuse being tested at all. This is more common than most would accept. Those who are the most adamant anti-dopers are the most likely to refuse to be tested, at least those going after age records. No surprise there at all.
