I don't believe so. She had had a Workout Wednesday uploaded from this past week. I feel bad for her because they post that workout and then she has that performance today.
I was surprised a lot Milesplit editors picked her to be a Top 10 finisher after how she performed at NXN.

Furthermore, I'd argue that Hart bounced back from a subpar, probably disappointing effort and delivered her best race of the season - nothing about her collective performances this year suggested she'd be that close to beating Masciarelli, or beating Covert (who dusted her at Regionals and NXN) by nearly 30 seconds.
Note: Kinda crazy, but if Masciarelli hadn't given up soccer, the Midwest girls would've perfect-scored this meet.

Third place girl gave up 20 seconds in the last half mile, but is only a freshman. She also gave a refreshing interview.

They get down to the track with a stopwatch and flog their guts out thinking that it'll make them a champion, but they'll never make a champion that way." Idiot coaching, she should've maybe done a steady state run to stretch the legs out on Wed and finish with a few short hill sprints.

She did this last year at NXN too. Just tends to run poorly/stupidly in championship races.
I mean she's raced well at Brooks the past two years and she beat Tuohy freshman year at NXN. Not sure what's up, probably trains too hard too early for xc.

Not even close! That girls race was scintillating! Way more entertaining than NXN has been in recent memory...granted it’s fun to watch Touhy’s greatness on display. The drama of this race was hard to match. In addition, there were plenty of great athletes, particularly on the girls side, at Footlocker. Now the boys, not so much.
Footlocker lives to fight another day.
I’d say the Americans do all right on the World stage. Definitely better than most.

London is tough and a top-tier talent. Not sure what happened today, but have no doubts we will be seeing more of her in HS and at NCAA.
