Do you think they would join the U.S. Army if there was no WCAP program? They have no shot at making the Kenyan team, so they move to countries where they stand a chance. Quatar, Turkey, some European countries, and now here. Don't kid yourself - it is completely for the opportunity to compete in the big championships.
