Coming from an NCAA runner who passed multiple tests within 24 hours of hitting the bong:
1: Pound Niacin
2: Lots of caffeine—just don't exceed 500mg in your system at the time of the test
3: If they don't test for solubility on site, hydrate copiously and dilute your sample
4: Certo, it'll give you weird shits but it makes the THC bind to your poop
5: Exercise/sweat as much as possible beforehand
6: Piss one last time as close as possible to the test—and if you can—take your sample mid-stream. Most of the THC will come out at the beginning

I think your best bet is using piss that isn't yours. Use a non-smoking friends piss, strap it to your leg with some hand warmers, and bada-bing, bada-boom.

Sabotage the drug test. When they tell you not to flush the toilet when you finish peeing, flush. Find a way to contaminate your urine so that only after they test it will they'll realize it's contaminated and unusable...then don't smoke between the time they test you and they time they have you come back in for a re-test, deadbeat
