But then she should proceed the rest of the winter/spring exactly as she does in the fall/winter to get ready for indoor track, maybe take her yearly break, run easy in spring, whatever she does to get ready for indoor works very, very well for her and she needs to do this before outdoor world's to take the big prizes and the big records.
Why is the drug angle being discussed? Every person here knows damn well these world record performances are drug aided. A lot of people held out hope Lance was clean too. They knew he wasn't but wanted to believe. Just like biking, they're all doing it. Just get used to it, people will continue to break records and continue to be caught, unless of course they make people too much money and then wont be caught.

The indoor 12'53 was pretty quick thruout, whereas in that 12'48, he took the pace on between 3 - 4km in ~ 2'34, but backed of last km until bell when there was a mass sprint won in 54+ !!!
All the < 12'50 guys in that race shoud have gone 3 or 4s faster if pace had been hard to the bell
Galen Rupp's indoor PB is 13:01.26. His outdoor pb is 12:58.90
Rupp has never been in a fast-to-bell 5k. His coach already intimated he was in ~ 12'50 shape if such had been case
You can run nearly as fast indoors as outdoors (some think it's faster) paticularly at 5000. Outdoors on the DL circuit, many of the 5000s are run in the middle of a windy day. Indoors the temperature is perfect and there is zero wind
