Does a girl's sexual past matter?

Any girl who screws anything that walks and lets guys treat her like a slut, is a slut. She has no self respect, and I am willing to wager money that there are very few guys who would take this type of girl home to meet his mother.

Saving yourself until marriage? Probably won't work out with someone who has had 30+ sexual partners. Not necessarily because of the sexual past - but because your values don't jive.

It works the same the other way.

People are people. Some guys like having sex with a lot of partners. Some guys enjoy having sex with a few partners once they've dated them for a bit. Some guys like only have sex with one person their entire life. It's the exact same for girls.

If a girl's sexual past bothers you it does matter because YOU MAKE IT MATTER. It's going to be a compatibility issue and I recommend finding someone more in line with what you're looking for.

Women who like sex should be neither ashamed nor discouraged. Her sexual behaviour, just like a man's, needs to be healthy and safe.

Based on earlier posts, the guy has some kind of antiquated view of some appropriate number of sexual partners for his potential sexual partners. That is what it is and reasoning won't change it. He should probably just move on.

Someone later wrote that compatibility is the bigger issue and that I agree with. Clearly since this bothers the OP and the girl he is dating chooses by whatever process to sleep with a large number of guys, their values are clearly different. How the OP reaches his values regarding number of sexual partners he accepts out of his partner isn't really relevant, despite my best guess that he has low self esteem. He clearly doesn't share values with this girl...moving on is the best choice. And by his posts, he just seems kind of disgusted by her behavior, and I don't see anyone getting by that...that is not something you want lurking in the shadows of a new relationship..

If a man has more sexual partners than a female, the sex is likely decent and longer than average. The other way around is probably like a hot dog in a hallway.
