Ok so I was not in USA last year and not up on Kennedy. So he won it last year in 28:31. So I just watched Texas T videos and he is just saying that he wants to break 28:00. Sorry I missed all of Cross Country last year.
Jared Ward really shakes things up! BYU may actually be able to snag that 5th place at nationals now. In my most recent release I graded Tylor Thatcher and Jason Witt too harshly, so this will bump the Coogs up. I was also very generous to Arkansas' 5th man, and they will be moved down after i shift him. Portland will also likely move up in my projections after Regionals this Friday. Next Release: November 16th
Has Northern Arizona been running their top 2 guys...starting to wonder about what they can do.
He ran 2:16 for the marathon a month ago. so clearly fit. but a marathon takes a lot out of you, and he hasn't run in a few weeks. As far as making them a top 3 threat I think he is a non contender but he could help them solidify a 6th MAYBE even 5th place finish
