No, I will not shut up. You are wrong. An easy run and a recovery run are not the same thing at all. Ask Jack Daniels. Or go to mcmillanruuning.Com's training pace calculator. Or ask anyone who actually knows how to train.

I can't stand it when people say "Ask Jack Daniels" or "Jack Daniels book says this" The thing is, If your tired enough from a workout your pace on the next day will just be slower in general. Still an easy run though.

No, you just dont get it. If you're tired from a workout, then you should be doing a recovery run. You should not be doing an easy run if you're that tired. This seems very obvious if you want to recover as fast as possible. What aren't you agreeing with?
