Is Rothlisberger one of the worst QBs to have ever won 2 superbowls?

Ben has played behind a terrible offensive line and under a terrible offensive coordinator pretty much his entire career. He is incredibly mobile and elusive. He is also extremely clutch (unlike Peyton Manning).

Anyone that thinks the Steelers could have won 2 Superbowls with Dennis Dixon, Charlie Batch or Byron Leftwich starting are delusional. They are solid #2 QBs who could keep things running for a few games. It's a whole different story being a starter and having all the pressure, especially throughout the playoffs.

Ben struggles at times, but he has that "it factor" and can win big games (remember the SB against Arizona). Don't underestimate the importance of it.

Wow, you are dummer than I thought. Spygate happened September 2007. Since that time the Patriots have played 5 playoff games. The won the first two, then lost the next three. Tom Brady was quarterback all five games. You said that he was 0-3 in the playoffs since spygate. That is incorrect. Tom Brady may be the most overrated QB in the NFL, nobody benefits more from the flag football 5 yd dumps than him, I think over 60% of his yards are Yards after the catch.

He was able to win 3 superbowls because he played on a team with a great Defense. He is still the QB, the defense is gone, and they aren't winning, tells me the winning was done more by the parts that are gone than by the part (brady)that is still there.

How can you compare two QBs from different eras who played under different rules. Who knows how good Plunkett or Griese would have been with the flag football/5 yd bump rules?

Big Ben is good, but he is not one of the best of his era. Saying he is better than Griese is like saying Steve Plasencia was better than Paavo Nurmi bc he has a better PR.

If he has a better PR, then he IS better. Times don't lie. No matter what you say, he is faster.
