i think maybe your just modest, I'm 55 yrs old, i go to the gym , and after my work out i go to my locker to disrobe and then to shower. though i don't know your age, but ,i can tell you that as long as i have been in gyms and locker rooms, from the age of 12, jr. high and high school as well as college, we have all been nude in locker rooms, the exception usually has always been the guys who are extremely self conscious. from my young age experiences, guys in locker room have always been sort of a bonding experience, being able to have the freedom, as well as being comfortable around other men either partially clothed or naked in either a locker room or a gang shower has always been a norm for me.

as some men age they do become much more self conscious and shy about being nude around other men, this is usually due to the changes in body as we are no longer the fit men we used to be. non the less its a locker room, your purpose for being there is to change, and or shower. preferably after a work out to get or keep yourself in get shape, and yes round is a shape.

as for "how come we can't get private showers" they do , planet fitness has they , maybe ya want to check in to that .
