Part of the problem with the "100 first dates" is that though I like a conventionally attractive women, I'm often attracted to more masculine, tomboy style women. They can be hard to find. In fact, during a trip to Thailand, I often found myself attracted to ladybois without even realizing they were men.
What you want is marriage and kids with a lesbian. Good luck with that.
I'm a guy. Mid 30s, 5'11, fit, income about $110,000/year, get told often I am handsome. I have gone out on more than 100 first dates in my life. Finding a woman who is faithful, level-headed, agreeable, and without major baggage (children, mental illness) seems to be damn hear impossible. For the first time in my life I am starting to think marriage and kids really might just not be possible, or I might have to go abroad, something I always thought was crazy before.
Anyone else experiencing this? Dating seems like such a disaster these days.

It's 80th percentile for individuals in the US. It's funny to me that people here are acting like it's embarrassing or something when literally half of the US makes half that amount.
Most people here are college educated. I assume you are too. This is low for college educated. The average or media includes people who work in retail and other menial jobs.

Most people you know are losers then. We also don’t know where you live and what your major is. If you’re a social worker in Nebraska, $110k is amazing. If you’re an engineer in SF, it’s pathetic and you need to find a different company. No one is trolling. I have been on this site since late ‘00s and no one ever has bragged that $110k is impressive unless you coach track (bc the pay is notoriously low) or it’s your first job out of college. Stay humble, my friend.
Per usual, people are not being that helpful but you also left a lot out of your post. My thoughts.
- The salary is ok, but does not make you a "catch." I have no idea why you included it, which is why people are giving you a hard time about it.
- Told often you are "handsome." By who? Your mom?
- 100 dates. OK. Coffee dates? The club? Dinner? Apps? Blind dates? We have no idea how you're trying to meet people.
- Fit. Do you run? Lift? Since this is letsrun, if you actually run, one would suggest to join a run club.
- You mention going to Thailand. Women are into travel and maybe you lean into that.
- You also wrote later you have a specific type. That will limit your options and at "mid 30s" you cannot afford to limit your options if you want to settle down. If you are looking for a specific type of lady, you might have to live with the fact that you might not find them.

Also, damn near every running coach in the country makes significantly less than that. Are 98% of running coaches total losers?

You said you were looking for a woman who’s level-headed and agreeable… I like that! Those are good qualities to have in a partner. The woman part, however, is a bit unrealistic… There are plenty of lonely dudes out there, capitalize on that! They’ll take anything nowadays, and I am proof of that.
Ain't no shame if you don’t swing that way, but sometimes you gotta change how the game is played. :)
If you want to find a local girl you're going to have to drop standards. And by standards I mean do not worry about her job or education. These things are useless. How much she appreciates you and loves you back is what matters. If you're looking for some woman with a great career and degree, you're going to be disappointed. These women will rarely find you to be the ideal mate. They have inflated egos like you couldn't imagine. Also be willing to go down a point or two in the looks department. Consider spending time in some other cities that are a quick flight away. You'd ve surprised how much better you'll do outside your home market.
My next advice is to think globally. You might not actually have to go abroad, but try to find some local inmigrant, most likely au pair. Learn Spanish. This is your best market. Can easily find one who will love and appreciate you while also being hot. Latinas are white adjacent, many are legit white with almost no admixture, but think they're full blown latina because they speak Spanish. I have a friend who married an au pair. He's 5'8" on a good day, pretty fit, makes a little more money than you. She's way hotter than he could ever get and she has legit values. Doesn't care about materialistic things or his money. The relationship from what I've seen and what he tells me seems very real. They're discussing kids at the moment.
If you really want to hop on a flight and look for someone you can go latam or asia, primarily sea. Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia are full of opportunities. China is decent too. Japan and Korea is a harder game, but easier than entitled white women. The people here who are downvoting you are most likely already married and don't know what it's like today. I have no trouble finding dates or women for the long term, but choose to be single because these white girls are insufferable. And that toxicity has accelerated unimaginably in the last 5 years.
