This is incorrect. 100% biological females never have testosterone in the male range.

There is no overlap between the range of testosterone in males and females.

(with the excepion of polycystic ovary syndrome, but those women are not healthy enough to be elite athletes).

High levels of testosterone (hyperandrogenism) occurs in about "5% of women of reproductive age" with multiple causes including PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), which accounts for about "70% of hyperandrogenism cases." CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia) also shows up in a number of these kinds of discussions.

Can Semenya produce the male juice?

I dont disagree with you. But hiltz also says that any man who identifies as a women should compete with women because "it literally causes them to commit suicide if you dont". Therein lies her hypocrisy. Is it harming her thst she can't compete with the sex she identifies at? No. And its not harming the men who pretend to be women either.

The bigger question is when will Melissa Bishop (CAN) receive the gold medal from that 2016 Olympic 800 meter travesty? Absolutely robbed.

Melissa Bishop didn’t make the podium. So she doesn’t deserve a medal.

She was the first biological woman in that race. The farse of having all three medalists being males with sexual development disorders set the wheels in motion for rule changes that saw them being ruled ineligible for women's category.

I really felt this video was helpful to explain the difference.

Basically, regardless of the specific intersex condition, gametes are typically either large and immobile, or small and mobile. There's not an intermediate gamete that is medium size and medium speed.

Caster's gametes may be infertile, but that doesn't actually change their size and shape. And they discuss, that's what makes the male seahorses male in the seahorse example. Even though the males carry the pouch, what constitutes the "male" seahorse is still defined by whose gamete is small and fast.

People with these conditions can be very phenotypically female, even much more so than Caster, and so they would reasonably think they are female, being raised as female since birth, and would reasonably be upset when that belief is contradicted.

But at the end of the day, understanding that Caster is a victim in this, she certainly didn't choose any of this, or cause any of this. And treating her with sensitivity and dignity as she deserves. Still, there's no evidence that she produces large immobile gametes.

Didn’t you know that categories are sex based, not gender based? Nikki biological sex is female, why wouldn’t biologically female athletes be allowed to compete in the female category, regardless of their gender identity?
