With the new watches , pacing is no longer a required skill . You can just look at your watch . I do it all the time now . And it has made me a better runner
Right so just use the pacing on your watch to run a sub 2. Let me know how you get on.
Really dumb smartarse response. 3 hrs is not anything like 2hrs or even 2:30, and there are pretty much pace buses for every weekend warrior target time. Every reasonably fit, healthy 30 yo male should be capable of 3 hrs, to quote Dan Empfield
That said, he is a better runner than a 'musician'.
