Reminds me of a thread about a year ago in which the poster asked people which races they ran over the past year. The thread got about responses, the poster correctly concluded that most people here don’t even run.
What kind of workout do you call 400s at 10K pace with 30 seconds recovery? I think it's typical for pacing of the short intervals that people sometimes do on double threshold days. It's obviously faster than the pace you would run 1K reps, but that's always the case for big-volume 400s. The pace is somewhere between Vo2max and threshold, or I and T. You can call it CV. I still think of it as a threshold workout when it's 6 miles of work significantly slower than Vo2max.
