It isn’t clear if that is true. If someone rabbits him for 1200m? Yeah he is super tough. But it isn’t clear if he can close down around 50 or sub 1:48 like the good kickers can.

We’ll see. Historically he’s had a lot of winter/early spring injuries. The Ben Thomas system certainly has peaks and such but as we saw in 2021 when he was fully healthy he had sharpness three/four times and had high-level performances at both NCAAs, Trials and Tokyo.
