Great race. I think Morgan got herself boxed a bit on the last lap, and it may have cost her. Houlihan totally controlled that until Hiltz came up with just enough speed. Very nice.

Morgan trusted her kick a bit too much. She had plenty left but Shelby is good enough to hold her off though vintage Shelby wins that race tbh.

Shelby almost pulled a centro. Great first championship race back. Stayed out of trouble and lane 1 the entire race. They was just faster at the end.

Listening to both announcers fumble over themselves talking about Hiltz (they vs she) is cringe. And you know they are internally worried about the backlash for saying “she” in a women’s race. Woof.

I don't understand why Houlihan didn't push the pace and just left it up to a kicker's duel against Hiltz. Hiltz is a damn fast miler with a great kick.

Poor Tuohy is done. She had a great career but should probably wind it down now. Her contract wont get renewed.
