Ran 14:42 and 30:40 back in the '80's. Never raced a half marathon but my split during a 20 mile race was about 1:10.
Didn't race after age 25 but at age 63 ran a 22:15 as a workout a year ago in a local 5k. If I hadn't pulled a hamstring the following month, I probably could have run around 21 flat on a track in good conditions.
Ran 19:50 for 5000 meters in 2024 at 63. That would rank me 170th in the world for my age group 60-64. If you fitness is good and your weight is down then very doable.
