Me neither.
Just another African doper. People are desensitized.

Bump
Hoey is just a distraction from the reality that all the top performances we are seeing now will be doped, from 15 and 18 year olds' world bests to new indoor world marks set by Americans and notorious doper "comebacks". There is a feat achieved every week that falls into the too good to be true basket. Running is where WWE got to years ago. But it does make for a great circus.
Yes. Some runners started doping at 16 so they have nowhere to go when they turn pro. They just fizzle out.

I checked cuz why not and USADA lists 0 tests. He did run some races in Europe and win so maybe got tested there. He will be tested now assuredly.
challenged 147 800 runner (speed based?) to runner up to Josh Kerr in the 5th Ave mile, and no testing.
that's Africa protocol.
His veins were sticking out at millrose
Josh has done more juice than any juicehead on Earth ,,,even douche Dave Ross agrees
I remember the Hoey Investments singlet. Couldn't stop laughing. Rich daddy and mommy living their non-existent post-collegiate careers thru their sons. Sad.
Saw Hoey working out in Flagstaff today. The dude is the real deal. 20x300m in 42 or better. At 7000 feet.
Dude is coming to eat your lunch.

With what kind of rest interval?
I didn’t time the rest intervals. I think the rest part was a minute, maybe 90 seconds. He did 4 sets of 5x 300m. He took a longer break between the sets of 5x.
He also wore thick supershoes for the early reps then switched to spikes for the last set (or so). Was watching things in a loose way. Nikki Hiltz was also there working out. Good stuff for a track fan who hasn’t run in decades. Flagstaff is the place to be, I think.
The guy at Run Flagstaff also said Pizzicletta was the runners’ pizza place of choice. Good stuff.
Thanks.
Keep it up!
Just a tourist here for a couple of days. Hiking with the wife in the area. Also visited Sedona and Talking Stick (for some poker).
Interesting thing was all these workouts were happening at noon on a Tuesday. I woulda thought 3-4pm woulda been primetime but no.
