I work in one of the pricier resort towns of Colorado, and I see plenty of lululemon walking around. I’ve never seen a random person wearing oiselle clothing.
Lululemon is seen as “athleisure” (yoga pants to wear to the grocery store) but maybe oiselle is positioning itself as athletic clothing for female athletes with high disposable income (i.e. maybe too small a target market).
I remember that their clothing had a big gap on wrist area so you could see your GPS watch without pulling up the sleeve. So, that maybe suggests less of an athleisure brand?
Devon Yanko used to be sponsored by oiselle. That’s all i know of the brand.
I was thinking the same thing. I see dozens of people every day, even non-athletic people, wearing Lululemon. I have never seen a single person wearing Oiselle who was not sponsored by Oiselle. Where are they getting the money to sponsor athletes and still turn a profit?
How would you know if it was Oiselle or not, are you an expert at brand identification? Other than T-shirts sor sweatshirts the name Oiselle isn't plastered all over everything and unless you were uncomfortably close to and actively inspecting a woman's clothing, you would have no idea what brand it was. I don't know how many women you see running in the streets but there is no way you would have any idea what brand they were wearing nor would a normal person even bother themselves with trying to find out.
Other than a tiny tag in the back, there is no way you would know what these are unless you wear the brand yourself.
This bra has been getting props from women with C-D cups. Higher coverage, compressive fabric, and a simple, strong racerback design makes it a supportive style that can take the heat and the miles. In classic colors, with a...

Their stuff is expensive and I find their messaging to be inauthentic. It's very performative white lady liberal kind of stuff.
The part about inauthentic messaging: ding ding ding! (We have a winner!)
This thread has some stellar examples of testimonials that don’t pass the sniff test. If anything is inauthentic, it is women claiming to be part of these message boards all along, now suddenly popping out of the woodwork to shout at passersby about what amazing clothing oiselle makes.
Post 18 was the exception, I thought her post was plausible, it was by a registered user whose user name I have seen before.
Meanwhile, the Shelby Bruce thread is definitely about women — but that thread doesn’t seem to be of interest to them. Y’see what I’m getting at? I believe many of these pro-oiselle posts are written by people who have a dog in the fight.
Add me to the list of women who like and wear Oiselle. I have two shorts and two long-sleeve shirts. All excellent quality and favorites. I have purchased the items at a running store (n=1), online (n=2), and REI (n=1).

Yes, i'm sure Oiselle insiders are going out of their way to attempt to be associated with this misogynist hellhole
No it's not. Tracksmith makes men's and women's clothing and is based on the East Coast with an East Coast image (preppy, elitist). Oiselle is female-founded and located in Seattle. Their image is the opposite of elitist.

Lol we are here and we can be anonymous just like the dudes. Where do you think we go to talk about running? I don’t post much and haven’t registered but I’ve been coming here for a long time.
Would you like to test us on our womanness? Ask me some questions about tampons if you like!
Does anyone know why Giselle signed a bunch of women of color earlier this year and made a big deal about that, and only one is left on the team a few months later? Gotta be something that happened there...
Listen Brother. I didn't know they were women of Color when i signed them, brother. i thought they were more like the color of my old partner, Macho Man Randy Savage. I cut them the second I found out their true identity, brother. Sip my beer REAL AMERICAN BEER on a cold day to warm you up, brother, or what you gonna do when they come for you. BROTHER!
