I'd say the juice is still flowing and the pacing helped her quite a bit to barely miss the WR.
7:17 3k is a clean performance though right?

Nice to see Chepkoech's record getting a real scare. I've felt for a while that the women's steeple has some of the most underwhelming results compared to what's possible, hopefully that's changing

Hey Jennings with a big 9:07 PB! And Constein with a solid 9:04
Jeruto 9:10
LOL at Jeruto. Slowed down quite a bit after "Covid"
If the women's steeple was higher would it force them to actually learn to hurdle?
They were flying, obviously, but the form over the steeple left everything to be desired. They do that odd both-legs-tcuked-under thing because they can, not because they should.
Tamberi is DESPERATE for attention.

Good steeple coming up, I just wish Markezich was in it. Could be wrong but I could see her beating the 3 Americans who are in the race.
Gotta eat my words a bit here. I thought Constien was overcooked for the year but she and Jennings both ran really well.
4. Constein 9:04.92
6. Jennings 9:07.70 PB
9. Wayment 9:14.46
(still wish Markezich had been in the race ofc)
How does Prandini always get into startlists? She's always last.

Yavi was practically all out sprinting at the end there, she could go much lower than the WR with optimal pacing.
Tara Davis-Woodhall jumps 6.93 in the 1st round.
Brown easing down to 21.99. Stunning.
A Brown Battle, Neita? Gbai!

Rounded up to 22 flat.

Did not get last today. ;)
I’m usually enjoy people pushing the envelope on fashion and beauty, but Tamberis half beard is one of the stupidest looking things I’ve ever seen.
Are there any fans in the stadium?
How is that jump to remain legal when it clearly showed in the replay her toes were completely over the line?

Nine, maybe?

Well, Gabby isn’t running until Athlos, Shericka is hurt, and Julien Alfred and Sha’Carri have been chilling post-Olympics. Dina’s skipping this one so yeah she’s next woman up.
