So after I cross the finish line, you are OK with me running back onto the track and interfering with everyone? After all my race is over right? They put rules like this in so there are no judgement calls.
Not close. It's like if you ran across the finish line and then 30 seconds later stepped into the lane of a teammate who had also already finished and gave him a hug and did not impede anyone still running.
