If you experienced puberty as a male you have an advantage over those that experienced puberty as a female. Hence 2 separate divisions. If you want to change from one to the other than we need 2 more separate divisions. If prepuberty than it is mind control.

Ramapo is a D3 school. The A standard is 52.92 and the B standard is 56.29.
More importantly, 57.61 won the 100 fly in last year's Metropolitan Collegiate Championship. So someone could be pushed out of the conference title. (And almost certainly someone will lose the podium position, and someone else will lose her place in the A final.)
