It's not allowed but this rule doesn't appear to apply to Americans (see Shelby).

Yes, he is. has been confirmed several times by people on and off the team.
Is it allowed? Depends on who you ask. NCAA does. WA doesn't. USATF doesn't either but I don't think an NCAA program cares unless the hammer comes down hard.

No athlete that is in a WADA testing pool or member of an organisation that's a WADA signatory is allowed to train with him and no coach that's a member of an organisation that's a WADA signatory is allowed to coach him. Basically every athlete he's training with would be a member of a national federation and all of them are WADA signatories.

Then why has nothing been done? He's been posted on the Texas A&M instagram account, obviously training, multiple times.
His lawyers got him off, they were able to prove an Informed Sport supplement which was certified by all the usual/proper methods and reported on his intake was tainted, the suspension will be revoked and he'll be back with immediate effect. To be announced by AIU on Friday likely.

Victoria Ohuruogu was investigated for over a year because some tabloids took a picture of her at a training session with her suspended boyfriend and reported her.

Because we'd all like to know if it is now permissible for provisionally suspended athletes to be training with non suspended athletes and coaches. If in fact that is what is occurring.
