Nobody says doing morning workouts are morally superior. It just so happens that the best athletes train in the morning. If you don't run in the morning, then you also probably aren't doing doubles.
If you saved your 10 mile run until after work, and then you have to stay an extra hour to finish a project - you probably aren't doing your 10 mile run that day.
