You guys comparing times and courses and making predictions are the reason running is not popular with the masses and even with many runners.
Ya, that’s why. Fans of football, baseball and basketball NEVER make predictions or comparisons, or speculate about how some player would have done in a different scenario, or playing for a different team, or a different era, etc.
It's 7.0 miles...maybe 7.005. It would be hard to put the start and finish in the wrong place as there are permanent markings on the road and all the people that run Falmouth every year...and live on the Cape...would know in a second.

Seidel didn't do a 2:25 marathon equivalent at Falmouth. Her legs are too short compared to Obiri and Sissons to be able to generate the speed they have.
