You do know Joe Newton did it consistently for over 50 years? Joe Newton is by far the best coach in HS history.
Joe Newton had a culture yes, But no one got HS athletes to run as fast as Brosnan

If he just can’t find a college or pro coaching job, I can see him take a high school assistant coaching (or head coaching) job if he can get it, then start applying for some college or pro coaching jobs, because gap in employment is a red flag to many people

Steve Magness and Sean Brosnan are polar opposite in personalities. I remember those two going after each other online. It was very entertaining to say the least.
