Sorry It's about Keely. I HAVE TO post...Whether she runs Sub-50 or not, she's still in 1:52 Shape. I'm using Pamela Jelimo's 1:54.01 and her 52.14 as a reference. Keely has much more strength.
First of all Jelimo is a biological male. Not everyone is aware of that. Sorry to burst your bubble.
Second, Jelimo's 52.14 (June 14, 2012) was only 3 weeks before Jelimo ran an 800 in 1:56.76 (July 7, 2012) . So no, your Jelimo reference does NOT mean Keely can run 1:52.
Interesting - Chelimo is male? First time I heard that one but wouldn’t be overly surprised by any of this sort of thing anymore - the 800m particularly does appear to attract a lot of XY males with undescended testes..eg. The entire Rio 2016 ‘women’s’ 800m podium..poor Melissa Bishop, who was the first actual XX female in 4th in those 2016 games. She needs to get her retrospective gold medal, along with all the real women’s medalists.

Not everyone is aware of that because it is not true. She has four children. Do you have any actual evidence to support your claim?
Pamela's situation is strange!
She stopped competing around the same time a few intersex athletes were put on hormone therapy and in doing so, they could not perform nowhere near their previous performances. Like some intersexed athletes, Pamela didn't have much of pedigree, she was young, running incredible times off of what appeared to be just raw talent and perhaps most important, having masculine features. Although, her career in many respects played out like Caster Semenya, I don't recall it ever being concluded she was intersexed. I once read that her first marriage was a scam, it was never consummated; her first child was actually adopted from a relative and that she could not get pregnant. I've also heard that she did have a female reproductive system and was able to conceive a couple kids after taking estrogen for several years, but the estrogen among other things caused her to gain weight. .

Jelimo's 800 PR went from 2:01 to 1:54 in less than a month!!! Even the heavily drugged Eastern European women couldn't drop their PR that quickly. Heck, even Semenya wasn't able to do that.

So although Kenyan women are typically scewed toward higher distance, you think Jelimo had less strength? Based off what? I'm seeing Jelimo ran 52.78 the year she ran 1:54.01 implying she has more strength. I just used facts.
Until Keely runs more 1500's, we won't really know if she's a pure 800m or 800m/1500m. We only know she's not a world class 400m runner. Pick another reference so I can be entertained by your fetish again.

I just want to know what excuse code5800 is going to come up with when Keely doesn't run anywhere close to 1:52 this year. (Or any other year.)

Well, well, well. And what do you know?
In two months. That's math level from kindergarten.
And not "2:01 to 1:54" but 2:01.02 to 1:54.99. 1.54.99 is "1.55" BTW.
So "only" 6 seconds in 2 months for the 800m? That's pretty routine now for a country that has more suspensions than a 5 mile bridge. Nothing to see there. But what if it were 10 seconds? The "shoes, nutrition, training, motivation" ...
