I don't gget why if you want the race to be 3:58 (which is 63.46 per lap), you run the lights to run 61 for the 1st lap.

Tsegay in 3:54.03 I thought she was going to break the WR at one point!
Based on what/according to what ?

Guessing you’re not watching CNBC since they have t started the race yet.

Harsh!
Dude, El Guesse was gassed at 650 and casued that by running flailing all over the place.

Watching on Peacock. Not sure why American fans wouldn’t have it.
Tsegay looked like she was rigging but still ran 3:54 low. Very impressive.

It will be Kipyegon vs team ETH all season.

Another reason to not watch on CNBC. They are often minutes behind live. If I'm watching on there and Nuguse wins the 1500, my phone would blow up with texts from Weldon/Joanthan.

Here's your latest subscriber-only shirt, Rojo, I've been working on it all afternoon.
AMAZING shirt. But I don't get why that shirt gets made for Jacobs? He showed up at World Iindoors last year to race Coleman - expecting to get beat - and won it.
Yes he was a DNS at Worlds but then he kept the season going and went to Euros when he could have just bagged it all.
He's used up his line of credit from indoors. It's time to put up.
McGee pretty good finish for 4:03.09

We do have it on peacock and CNBC. Not everyone chooses apps over cable or satellite

Hmm I'd need to watch it again but he still ran 1:47 despite dancing all over the lanes after the trip and almost falling on his arse so he couldn't have been slowing too dramatically.

You think so? Or was she just trying to keep high knees throughout the race?
Looked fast to me, but never smooth like Dibaba

I think Corey is great, but isn’t this series of races all about her trying to break 4?
Where's Rojas?
Really nice to see guys actually gassed after a hard 400👍💪

All 11 under 4.10. Fastest 11th ever was Nanyondo in Doha at w/champs in 2019 in 4.00.63. Winnie was tenth here
Tamari Davis coming up, we will see if she traveled well. Looking for a decent time, not necessarily the win
