Noah Lyles has extraordinary genetics. A dude with an XY gene in a women's race has a genetic advantage thanks to one of the most typical genes out there. Half the planet has it.
You're arguing here for the abolition of women's running. Level playing field, so whoever's first is the winner. Yeah, we tried that in the 19th century and eventually decided it wasn't the optimal solution. Why do you want to go back to that?
