In an article on Jelimo getting a 2012 Olympic medal today due to a doping bust, the article talks about her three children. Since it's widely been speculated on this forum that she was intersex, it seems like there are two possibilities.

If I had a picture of her with a big belly, people like Rojo would go it is a prosthetic. They believe what they want to be true. Remember when Obama was born in Kenya? If she posted a DNA test, people would go it is fake.
Personally to me she always looked like a chick that did some roids. She just didn't look that different compared to the field the way castor did . And her running form looked like a woman. Definitely not proof one way or the other. But if she was running 1:57, I doubt anyone would be questioning her. But sub 1:55 is pretty much the realm of known dopers and DSD athletes...

Why would you expect these birth certificates (or even the pregnancy photos) to be readily available online? Who’s pressuring her to submit proof except a few hobby jogging men on a message board she’s not visiting?
I’m sure there are A LOT of East African female athletes that have given birth who you wouldn’t be able to find pictures of them visibly pregnant online - it doesn’t mean they’re intersex or that the pregnancy was a lie.
There are varying degrees of DSD, some with more male characteristics and others more female. I used to argue with people in this forum but grew weary of the ignorance. There have been XY individuals who have given birth, not many, but a few. What they cannot do is produce an egg so one would have to be donated and implanted, but they can carry the pregnancy to term. You can implant as many eggs as you want into a man and they cannot do that, which again begs the question, what makes a female a female, because being XX alone is not the correct answer. And being XY but able to carry a fetus to term doesn't sound like a man to me.

There are known instances of XY DSD individuals giving natural birth, so you are wrong, but that is hardly the only problem with your speculations.

You haven't thought this through very well. Jelimo is a superstar in her country but there isn’t even a MENTION in an article or on social media about her being pregnant. Not even a MENTION in an article or on social media about her giving birth. And she supposedly gave birth THREE times? Give me a break.

I always thought initial suggestions that Jelimo had some form of DSD was quashed, as it became more apparent as she settled into retirement that she is female.
I always thought she was simply a product of Kenyan doping. It's only been in these last few years that we have realised Kenyan's are doped to the gills with limited testing but easy access to drugs.
The one everyone should be pointing the finger at is Mutola. The rumours are that she is in fact someone with DSD, but was extremely lucky with the timing of her career.
