I’d imagine that is by design. I can’t imagine they would want to have a bunch of young guns e-mailing them given they are still busy coaching bowerman and this side gig (hustle) at Oregon.

If they haven't contacted you, then they are not interested. I assume that you have already filled out the recruit questionnaire. Face facts and start looking elsewhere if you expect to run collegiately.
Maybe they’re waiting for pro season to end to announce new OTC coach?
OTC will be disbanded.
I find it sort of funny that some people think there will be any sort of loyalty shown towards Thomas. He was a Johnson hire, isn't tight with the Nike people that matter, and doesn't have much of a track record. Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Ben.
When you say that Thomas doesn't have much of a track record, explain why so many people on this website were saying within the past couple years that he was the best mid-distance coach in the country?

Can't wait for the downvotes, but its probably time to restart this thread. Oregon men and women both outperformed their predicted finishes at Nuttycombe on Friday. Chances are good that they will finish higher at XC Nats than last year.

I still think they'll be a significantly worse track team than they were under Johnson, but the people that thought they wouldn't do a better job at XC than Johnson are just blinded by hatred.
