OATCCC preseason poll just released, anything surprising?
Pretty good rankings overall.
I feel like Dub Coffman is ranked too low here though. They finished second last year, return 3 scorers, another 9:55 guy. Needs a 5th but there are good candidates: a 16:50/10:39 3200 guy A 4:47/1:58 incoming junior I think being ranked 2nd would be the best case scenario for them. To those who cannot find the rankings….

And I honestly would be surprised if some team in OH beats Mason. They return 5 guys under 16 mins in 5k, a 9:47 2-mile guy, a 4:30 1600 guy, and a 10:01 3200 guy. This is called depth.

Anyone know when Mason is finally gonna race their varsity?
I heard they're sitting out until the state meet. :)
My guess is if they don't run this weekend they'll run at their home meet in two weeks. And while there have been some good performances from some teams I don't see anyone beating them unless they get hit with the injury bug.
