You know you have a problem when you simultaneously try to lay flat on the couch whilst eating a bowl of ice cream. And you're too lazy to bring your head to food level to actually consume said ice cream.

Could you please send us your log of macro and micronutrient tracking? Perhaps the LetsRun wizards could help optimize. I’m hoping it is on paper or in a journal so you’d save money by not tracking on a smartphone.
About 1/3 of patients undergoing gastric bypass will develop an alcohol use problem after they lose weight…although this is for a variety of reasons it would certainly indicate that these patients are addicted to food and it is in part a psychiatric problem.
More common than that though is a lower level addiction to fats, sweets etc.
You should gamble more.

It is your fault if you are fat 99 percent of the time, it is your fault if you are gay 0 percent of the time. For that reason, calling someone out for being fat is valid, being gay isn’t. A physician (who is more intelligent and educated than both of us) will tell you to lose weight if you are overweight. A physician will tell you to stop smoking. A physician will never tell you to stop being gay.
This is hilarious
hunger makes me competitive wrote:
I have very little money and thus I keep my caloric intake low to save on expenses.
I am 5'11'' and intake just enough kcal to maintain 135lb. I have suspended running for now due to the unnecessary caloric demands, but I still walk 30-minutes per day to maintain health.
I track macronutrients and micronutrients closely and strategically select a combination of certain nutrient dense foods to make sure that I am not deficient in anything. Note that my caloric intake is low, but I am NOT malnourished.
Nearly everyone as poor as me is morbidly obese, wasting the little money that they have on food. Their belly being constantly full makes them fat, happy, complacent, non-competitive, and inevitably doomed to remain in poverty.
Humans are MEANT to starve when they have few resources and this starvation sends a signal to their brain to get aggressive, ugly, sharp, and competitive. The impoverished obese need to be taught this.
Actually, you are poor and miserable, just trying to justify your inability to do better in life. At 5'11 and only 135lbs, you are also puny and weak. Grow up, weakling.
