That nice kid from Archbishop Wood High School, who helped at packet pick-up at the 2022 Gilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Run then asked what else he could do to help,,,, and I put him in his hoodie and shorts and his girlfriend out on the course as a marshal,
well he just ran a 3:57.98 mile in the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship meet.
We believe that puts him #4 on the all time high school mile performers list, and looking at the list, it appears his is the fastest high school only race performance EVER!
This is an awesome post!! He’s a special talent and, from all the non track info, a genuinely nice kid. St. Alberts grade school and Archbishop Wood should be proud.
