Mike will likely lose a chunk of money in a lawsuit. He needs to know better. All he had to do was notify a flight attendant. That is their job. The kid is a punk, but he will get a nice paycheck out of it. He's probably looking at a five-figure settlement.

- Harassment.
- Assault & battery (throwing water bottle)
- Civil suit for creating unsafe conditions on a flight.
- Putting Mike at risk of physical harm by bringing too much public attention to a celebrity on a flight & putting the celebrity at risk of physical harm from multiple other random passengers who could possibly decide to jump in and try to fight the celebrity, especially a tough guy celebrity who is known for fighting.
- Monetary compensation for causing Mike's professional/celebrity reputation to suffer & the resulting financial consequences thereof, losing potential endorsements, speaking engagements, appearances, etc.
- Whatever else the legal team can dream up.
- The lawsuits can also include the guy having to pay for Mike's legal fees, ha!
Mike can bury the guy in legal costs. If the guy is smart, he will realize he has nothing financial to gain, that he will waste time in court instead of working and earning money, and that he will be publicly humiliated by looking like a huge jacka$.
Better for Mike to lose a few bucks paying for his legal team to do this, that allow some loser to take money from Mike.

Not much sympathy for the guy who got pounded, but Tyson really should know better at this point in his life with all he has been through. Tyson is a felon. A convicted rapist and a registered offender. Tyson probably made upwards of $300 mil in his pro career and wound up bankrupt. He's had trouble with drugs and even lost a young daughter. Tyson got a new lease on life in the 2010s by going sober and launching a new media career. He recently has been training for boxing exhibitions and doing some pro-wrestling appearances. Tyson has had some of the biggest second chances in all of sports and entertainment. It is pretty unbelievable that underneath it all he hasn't really changed that much.

Of course ... UNLESS the other guy presses charges and/or sues him. Then, Mike is unable to simply "move on" as you suggested, because he has to deal with some jerk being even more of a jerk.
