Brett Larner is excellent. He has great knowledge about the marathon in general and his smooth, no stumbling pronunciation of the Japanese names certainly reflects his having lived in Japan for many years.

I was wrong about flotrack providing the stream for free. Their podcast advert was very misleading. You also need to subscribe to eurosports if you watch via VPN
Anyway, to atone here is how to get a legal stream from Japan's local TV station (info from reddit's advanced running post). Download VLC player and open the following link https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/countries/jp.m3u . Click the three parallel bars on the bottom and switch to Nippon TV. Japanese language but oh well - watching this sport is impossible
