Is that what they're saying on TV today? A couple days ago all the TV viewers were talking about a "blitzkrieg," something that pointedly doesn't worry about supply lines.
Anyhow the supply lines are fine, try looking for straight up facts without any spin. From the border to the cities, in the north. The delay there is the Ukrainian forces won't come out and fight, knowing the Russians don't want civilian casualties.
You may recall Kiev imposed a 3-day curfew with anyone caught outside to be shot by its armed vigilantes. Was that really about saboteurs, or was it to keep them there? Russia has already offered Kiev civilians safe passage out.
