Yeah I think the second sentence here is what is often overlooked. Girls can be straight up nasty talking to eachother about guys, and about how they use men sexually. No examples of this are ever made public because in reality all humans, male and female, enjoy sexuality and “being bad”, and nobody wants women to stop acting promiscuously. As for your contention that "all humans, male and female, enjoy sexuality and “being bad”, and nobody wants women to stop acting promiscuously," it seems that
1) you erroneously believe the views you personally hold are views held by all human beings universally;
2) you equate sexuality and enjoying sex with "being bad" and with "acting promiscuously", connections that suggest you have some "issues" and hangups regarding sex;
3) you have no understanding of the etiology of sexual promiscuity in women and girls;
4) you have no empathy for members of the female sex and don't see us as people or full human beings the way you see yourself and other males.
Your claim that "nobody wants women to stop acting promiscuously" also overlooks that the vast majority of the world's women are not promiscuous, and this probably includes the one who gave you life and under whose roof I have a hunch you might still be living - and on whose largesse and labors you might still rely on for things internet access, clean undies and hot meals.
Your claim also overlooks that many members of the human race who are male happen to be fathers of daughters, husbands of wives, brothers of sisters, and friends of female people about whom they genuinely care and whose physical and mental wellbeing they are concerned about.
The claim that "nobody wants women to stop acting promiscuously" is the sort of pronouncement considered a deep, heavy truism by the kind of skeevy guys most of the world's women wouldn't want to go near with a proverbial ten-foot pole. And that goes for the minority of women who actually are sexually promiscuous too.
