No need to thank me.
Anyone who doesn’t know the story (stories), Google “Salazar admitted to using testosterone.” That will bring up dozens of articles describing how Rupp began using prednisone in HIGH SCHOOL under Salazar’s advice. Other athletes recall many tales of shady drug related instances. Too many to list here.
I believe that’s why none of the Nike athletes was ever “charged” with any illegal activity. They were probably given the equivalent to immunity in a regular court setting. Otherwise, a bunch of them would have some explaining to do.
Where were Rupp’s parents during his high school days? What right thinking father would let a creep dope his son? Most fathers after finding this out would have put shady Al to sleep. He should be charged with child abuse in the criminal courts. His parents, too.
Definition of put to sleep:
1: to give (a sick or injured animal) drugs that will make it die without pain
2informal : to use a drug to make (someone) unconscious before a medical operation : to give (someone) anesthesia before a medical operation
3: to get (someone) ready to sleep for the night
Did you put the kids to sleep?
4: to make (someone) fall asleep from boredom
Her lectures used to put me to sleep.
I guess you mean #1, but is Rupp's father a veterinarian?
I’m not sure if he served……
