If plattsburghs ladies best brockports at sunyac's that will be a complete collapse by brockport on the season. I know many thought they were a NCAA team in the Preseason...is Conn out? She didn't race at oberlin.

I believe we could see Plattsburgh's men move up when Yernye gets back to racing (it seems to be true):

They would have beaten Ithaca if he did run with 5 guys in front of their 4th. But supposedly Ithaca didn't have their best day either. Who's Noel lomax? I don't know if TCNJ's men are for real.

On the women's side I'm a big fan of slu's women. They are racing with a youthful inspiration led by a soph and frosh. I almost wanna say watch out Geneseo (but probably nex year)!

nice attempt at trying to be different but theres no way you can have anything to RANK slu on front of geneseo.

You may be right but I don't think as many people think Geneseo is the lock they seemed to be at the begining of the season. I'm not specifically saying SLU will beat them, but it seems reasonable to think NYU will beat them, and that a good race from the SLU and TCNJ(?) could make it close.

I want to know how Keene runs so well at SPAC. They looked great at the meet. Last year seemed to be a lucky shot, a lot of their guys got out super fast and just hung on when the SLU guys were off their game. Not so this year, they ran well up front, and finished the top loop very well to get men in front of Fox. I think this will help Keene more than it will hurt SLU/AR. Never the less, both teams ran well.

Wendy Pavlus made that race look easy. It seemed to be a battle when she and the 1st Ithaca runner came up ferndale but by the time they reached the finishing loop she had a huge gap. Not sure when Jenna caught her, but she ran a great race for 2nd. That top 3 is very good.

some props to Plattsburgh for coming on strong (so far) at the end of the season yet again...I could see Plattsburgh sending two teams to nationals this year...(a bit of a stretch but certainly possible)...John Lynch must be some kinda genius up there with the talent he gets and how good his teams are...(the women in particular)

how can anyone think plattsburgh is going to make nationals. they were the 3rd AR team this weekend without cortland, NYU, geneseo, or TCNJ at the meet. does anyone really believe they can beat the first three mentioned, and they have proved more than once this year that they can't beat SLU (and now Ithaca), and TCNJ always impresses at regional. stop talking about plattsburgh.

They would have to beat tcnj which is a stretch. The womens team has a better shot but they would have to improve a bit for regionals. To be fair he said its possible he didn't say they were going to. It looks like a pretty clear cut Cortland NYU TCNJ SLU and Geneseo right now. For the girls it's a little bit tighter but probably Cortland Geneseo Ithaca tcnj and SLU.

After getting snubbed last year, i really don't think the AR will get 5 teams into nats. i think TCNJ gets the last spot and that leaves st lawrence college on the outside looking in.

If TCNJ runs a lot better than this then I could see them getting by SLU. Normally I'd say the chances of them beating SLU are slim but this is TCNJ we're talking about. They always bring it at the regional meet and peak very well. It should be a good fight between the two.

All this talk about TCNJ "bringing it" and what have they done this year?

They need massive improvements, that haven't been seen so far this year from their 4th and 5th guys, Id say to even make the top 6.

I'll say the top 4 spots are pretty much solidified, no matter the order they will be in. Cortland, NYU, Geneseo and SLU. 5th is a major toss up between Ithaca, Plattsburgh, and TCNJ. Its gonna be very interesting in 3 weeks to say the least.
