Ha! Like The Goose but so happy OAC won’t be getting the win. Ritz’s ego needs to get a reality check. Love it

hahaha. Fisher dropped his PB by over 11 seconds.
The guy had a 3:59 pb. He's run the final mile of 5Ks faster.
3:48 is legit

I am so psyched. Starts in a few minutes. That Men's International mile field is loaded. Could their winning time be within 2 seconds of Bowerman winner? Weather looks good. mid to upper 70s, a little wind, no humidity.
Nuguse without Jakob is two-three seconds slower. I agree, Jakob ran faster than this in February. He would have run 3:42 I think.
Grant fisher beats Hobbs Kessler! The King of Michigan!
Nuguse destroying Habz and Hocker while leading the last 600 is still a great result for him... just spoiled by Laros
If Laros had stayed up with the leaders, think of what he could have run. That was an insane kick.

Yared Naguse gaat naar huis verwoest!!!
Hij heeft wel de race gemaakt, maar perfekte eindsprint van Laros.
Hoare dead last. has he ever beaten fellow Aussie Cam Myers?

Well done Laros!
Do one Habz. Guess the juice wore off.
Only had enough juice for 1500m instead of the mile
So glad to see the Flying Dutchman win it. So tired of the Nuguse worship on this pathetic board.
I was told Fisher would be DFL. What happened?

Agree. Worlds likely won’t play out with him leading that much. I’m sure he’s disappointed, but it was a great show of fitness. Clearly Laros is a real threat now as well.
Not worried about Hocker tbh. He ran a PR, the kick will be there when championship time comes.

Monster effort from Nuguse on the backstrech -- clears Habz by 5 meters!
BUT LAROS FROM NOWHERE in 3:45.94!!!!!!
YAY!!! Laros from nowhere? Nuguse from… whereabouts? LOLOLOL
fit and healthy Jaokb would wipe the floor with these guys, Cole is totally cooked this year. Not gonna medal in Tokyo

Bowerman Mile coming up. I'll take Wightman ftw, why not
Well not quite but solid 3:47 for 8th. A PR by 0.01

if he stayed with the leaders he wouldn't have had a kick. ran a smart race.
Maybe Kessler and Wightman overcooked themselves a bit in that 1k TT

He wouldn't have run quicker as he'd have had his kick run out of him by going out at world record pace
