Yeah so American Fork is like NP 2019 (they have a front runner Daniel Simmons).
and Herriman is like Great Oak 2019 since Herriman has insane depth like Great Oak did in 2019, and yes, Soles is a coach for both teams30 -

I guess if you came to woodbridge you will find out how you compare. Herriman, Crater, Southlake Carroll, Ventura, San Clemente. I think Ventura and San Clemente top 5 have all ran under 9:25 for the 3200

If Herriman and American Fork are this close in regular meets, American Fork will have the edge by having a front runner at NXN. In a race with many fast runners, having a front runner will be a bigger advantage than in less competitive meets.
