So at 35k they are on 2:03:38 pace. If Farah is 40 seconds back, he's still on a quick pace.

Kipchoge legit doesn't even look tired.

Wow that 2:29 English chick is rather fatty for a runner!
Do you like ‘em young and bulimic like Jordan?
Probably Nike.
BBC elite focusing on Farah and talking about him getting British & European record. No focus on leaders now.
Mo about to pull a Keitany, surely Cram and Paula know this?
They won't shut up about those records. No one gives a sh!t
Why Why is Mo still wearing arm warmers it can't be comfortable in warm conditions
What's the tape on Kipchoge's shins for?
He said he's wearing "3d vaporflies". Think it's a customized version

Nah, Mo looks pretty good. Probably will be around 2:05 or so.
Since US viewers aren't getting mile by mile splits. Are they giving mile by mile splits on the BBC?
Mile 20: 4:45 Still Kipchoge with Kitata on his shoulder.
Mile 21: 4:56 (1:38:48). WR pretty much gone.
35K: 1:42:33 (15:09) Kitata still right there with Kipchoge. Farah 42 seconds back, still on 2:04:29 pace.
Mile 22: 4:55
Mile 23: 5:00. Still Kitata right on Kipchoge.
Kitata is looking the danger man.... the longer he is there the more the belief!
BBC elite just back to leaders; Kitata still right behind Kipchoge

Great question. Wtf.
Even pace for WR is 1:41:59, so they were 34 sec over and just ran a 15:09 (WR pace is 14:34). Looking like they'll be over 2:04 ... absolutely suicidal first 10K (and esp first 5K) coming back to haunt them now. Interestingly Kitata and Kipchoge were exactly at WR pace through 30K (1:27:24), but would have had to pick it up the last 10K to actually make it
Sorry, but Kitata looks better than Kipchoge right now.
