Looks like another sellout in Tracktown.

The lack of back kick Kincaid has at this pace is staggering. Quite impressive how quick he is without much hip extension.
Thanks for the Russian link!
I predict that O'Gorman will fade in the last laps like Brandt did in 2021.
The glasses are off!
last k 3:02, 5000m split 14:54. Drew Bosley throws his sunglasses off as he goes to the lead. Not sure he's doing much with it yet, though.
Actually, we had a good long close-up of those sunglasses, and while we watched them remain in the grass with no further motion, James Mwaura took over the lead.

We haven't seen a break since that one everyone complained about, I think we might be good for the rest of it.
I actually like the way tension is building here, but then I liked the slow GST races too.
I like it too. The bunching! Wish Drew Hunter were here.
Is someone gonna pick it up at some point?

Sunset in Eugene, OR will be at 8:37 PM today. It's still shining.

I would go to this race if it was in a major city with plenty of hotels and close to airport. Eugene is just too expensive to get there for like 99% of the country, plus you have to be a track fan.
